Who are we looking for?
We encourage speakers of all backgrounds to send their applications related to the food system!
Whether you are part of a local or global initiative or project fighting food waste, whether you have done research on improving health through food, or if you feel your innovative idea should be implemented to future-proof kitchens, we invite you to apply and speak up at Eating the Gap!
During the event we organize break-out sessions on core themes of Eating The Gap.
Per panel 2-3 speakers share their work, thoughts or research on the subject.
These sessions will be moderated by our Themeleaders.
Each session includes 3-4 panels wherein speakers engage with the audience by answering questions and responding to interesting dilemmas.
We can confirm that our featured break-out sessions will have the following themes:
